User Agreement

This website (“Site”) is owned and operated by the New Zealand Parkour Association Ltd. (“NZ Parkour”, “our”, “us” or “we”). When you (“You” or “User”) use the NZ Parkour Site and any related services, it implies that You have read and agree to the following terms of use (the “Terms”) so please make sure You read them carefully. The most up to date version of the Terms can be viewed via the hyperlinks at the bottom of each NZ Parkour webpage.

Description of Services

The Site allows You to find out what services, classes, events and other initiatives (“Services”) we offer while providing You with the opportunity to register, make a booking, submit questions and otherwise contact us. Any Services rendered to you by NZ Parkour are subject to these Terms.

Your access to and use of the Site may be interrupted from time to time as a result of equipment malfunction, updating, maintenance or repair of the Site or any other reason within or outside the control of NZ Parkour. NZ Parkour reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the availability of the Site and/or any Service at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice. NZ Parkour may also impose limits on certain features and Services or restrict Your access to parts of or all of the Site and the Services without notice or liability.

Registration, Bookings & Forms

In order to benefit from some NZ Parkour Services You must register or make a booking by completing one of our online forms. When You fill out such forms You acknowledge that the details You have provided are true and correct at the time of completion and that You will contact NZ Parkour to make amendments to these details should any changes occur during the provision of a Service. You acknowledge that you are willingly providing us with your contact details and that they can, may and will be used to provide you with the services your apply for.

Payment Terms

If You register for an NZ Parkour Service that requires You to pay for it, You will (upon the successful completion of the online form) be directed to a page with payment directions. You must make the appropriate payment (and it must be received) before attending or participating in any Service provided by NZ Parkour that required registration.

Refund Terms

If You, Your group or organisation are unable to attend a Service that You have registered and paid for, You may be refunded in part or in full should You give sufficient notice before the start date of the initiative in question. NZ Parkour will notify you within the information of a Service whether it is eligible for refund and what the details of those terms are. NZ Parkour will always act in good faith, but retains ultimate discretion on whether Your money is refunded or not.

Links to Third Party Sites

On this Site and during our Services, NZ Parkour or third parties may provide links to third party websites or resources. NZ Parkour is not responsible for, has no control over and is not liable for any advertising, content or material found on any external sites or resources linked to on the Site. Linking to third party websites and materials does not imply an endorsement of any information contained within that site, nor does it imply that publishers of those websites endorse any materials located on this Site. NZ Parkour provides these links purely for convenience to you.

You acknowledge and agree that NZ Parkour is not liable, either directly or indirectly for any loses or damages caused or allegedly caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on such content, goods or services available on or through these sites or resources.

Release & Indemnity

You hereby expressly and irrevocably release and forever discharge NZ Parkour and their respective board members, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, independent and dependent contractors, licensees and successors of and from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, proceedings, liability, debts, judgments, claims and demands whatsoever in law or equity which You ever had, now have, or hereafter can, shall or may have, for or by reason of, or arising directly or indirectly out of Your use of the Site and the Services.

You hereby agree to indemnify and hold blameless NZ Parkour and their respective board members, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, independent and dependent contractors, licensees and successors from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from or arising out of (i) a breach of these Terms, (ii) the use of the Services, by You or any person using Your name or other personal details or (iii) any violation of any rights of a third party.

Intellectual Property & Trademarks

New Zealand Parkour Association Ltd., nzparkour.co.nz and other NZ Parkour designs, graphics, logos, headers and Service names are registered trademarks, trademarks or trade dress of the New Zealand Parkour Association Ltd. NZ Parkour trademarks or trade dress may not be used in connection with any products or Services without the prior consent of NZ Parkour. To seek permission to use NZ Parkour logos or branding please contact the NZ Parkour administration with your request and the reasons why you wish to use them.

Certain portions of this website may allow users to post their own material. The content posted by these users does not necessarily reflect the views of NZ Parkour. By posting such content on the NZ Parkour website you represent that you have all necessary rights to the publication of that content, that it does not violate the privacy of other members or third parties, and that it is not unlawful, defamatory, obscene, illicit, violent, harassing or otherwise objectionable.
