New Zealand’s first dedicated outdoor parkour training space

New Zealand’s first dedicated outdoor parkour training space

For the last eight months we’ve been working with the Hamilton City Council and various contractors to design, build, and test the country’s first dedicated outdoor training space.

We’re thrilled to announce that the Innes Common Parkour Training Area beside Lake Rotoroa in Hamilton opened on October. The space is free and open to the public all year round. It has been designed for all ages and abilities, so share and look after the space together.

The park is conveniently located next to a car park, and the lake domain footpath that snakes its away around the whole lake. The Innes Common park also includes New Zealand’s first KOMPAN Cross System fitness equipment by Playground People, children’s play areas, public BBQs, toilets, and a drinking fountain.
